“RESTARTING EUROPE: THE ROLE OF CIVIL SOCIETY AND CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION”
As part of the NECE CAMPUS 2020, this online event offered an exchange with civil society actors and EU stakeholders on the role of the European Union in times of transformation.
With this online seminar, the NECE launched a methodically diverse virtual process, the NECE CAMPUS 2020. As a run-up to the NECE conference “Reconnecting in a post-pandemic world: Citizenship Education for democracy and sustainability” in Berlin, 5-7 November 2020 (www.nece.eu / www.nece-conference.eu), a series of digital events from June to November, such as online seminars, dialogues, trainings and lectures as well as a barcamp on the various aspects of the conference topic, will be conducted. The aim is to strengthen cooperation and networking in digital space, provide platforms for exchange in terms of digital skills, tools, methodology and content and enhance the opportunities of citizenship education as a public good.
